Overview
Dealer may:
a) refer orders to our
web page and receive a 30% commission* (applies if we collect
payments from dealer's customers and provide technical support)
b) sell custom copies
of product and receive 50% commission* (applies if dealer collects
payments from his customers including Credit card orders and provides technical support).
Referring orders
To begin participate in "Referring orders program" register as a dealer.
If you would like to monitor distribution of your custom copies online
you should order custom copy of the software.
This custom copy could be uploaded to our web site or you can distribute it
from your own web site or other media.
When Dealer refers customer to that web page the customer downloads and
installs this custom copy.
This copy connects
to our server and Dealer's ID is detected and recorded to log.
We will provide Dealer with username and password to access this log so
Dealer can monitor online how many custom copies have been connected
to our server and
how many of them were registered. This log contains names of customers and
registration state of copies so Dealer can check state of any
custom copy against any customer's name.
Since creation of custom copy requires extra programming time we will
charge you one time fee US$ 200. You don't have to order this custom copy
but in this case you will be unable to monitor online
how many custom copies of product have been connected
to our server and how many of them were registered.
After registration of that custom copy by any customer,
we agrees to pay Dealer a 30% commission*.
Sale is total amount of the sale of the software less any sales tax,
payment collection and shipping charges. Commission applies only to
sale of custom copies of product and does not include any other sale
of products or services made to customer.
The commission is subject to change by us with 30 days notice.
Dealer's commission shall be paid by company check every 30 days,
approximately 15 days after the prior period. We reserve
the right to modify the payment schedule from time to time so long as
notice is posted to Web site or via e-mail. If commission does not
exceed $50 for prior period, we reserves the right to hold
payment until commissions accumulate to $50 or more.
All payments will be made in U.S. dollars by company check.
If processed sale is canceled or refunded, the related
commission will be deducted from the next monthly payment or the Dealer
shall be billed for the amount owed.
Commissions will be paid for Referred sales for as long as this agreement
is not canceled by either party. If canceled, outstanding commissions
for current period at time of cancellation shall be paid in the next
monthly payment so long as rules of this agreement were not violated by
Dealer.
Dealer will be e-mailed a confirmation message after a customer has placed
an order.
If customer has requested money back (30-day money back guarantee or any
other case) dealer shell refund commissions paid by us related
to this particular order.
All Dealer applications are subject to our approval.
Commercial, personal, and non-profit Sites may apply for Program.
Selling custom copies
To begin participate in "Selling custom copies program" register as a dealer.
Then you should order custom copy of the software which allows you to
monitor distribution of your custom copies.
This custom copy could be uploaded to our web site
or you can distribute it on your own.
This copy connects to our server
and Dealer's ID is detected and recorded to log.
We will provide Dealer with username and password to access this log
and monitor online how many custom copies of product
have been connected to our server and
how many of them were registered. This log contains names of customers and
registration state of copies so Dealer can check state of any
custom copy against any customer's name.
We can insert Dealer's contact information into that custom copy, so
when customer clicks on "Registration" he
will be forwarded to Dealer (web site, phone, email etc.) for registering
product (make payment and provide username and email address).
Please provide us with information you would like to insert in program's code.

If Dealer collects payments from his customers, we
agree to pay Dealer a 50% commission* of each custom copy of product sale.
Also you may consider ordering your
own Monitoring Center so computers with custom copy
installed can be monitored from your server directly.
After purchase and installation of the software customer must unlock
program to get full access to our server. Otherwise the customer will continue
to receive reminders to register and functionality of the software will be limited.
There are 2 ways to unlock the program:
- Dealer shell email us name and email address
of each registered customer so we will add this name and email address
to registered users database.
- We can provide dealer with pre-registered unlock codes.
To begin participation in Dealer Program you must
register as a dealer.
